These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by Task+ Studios ("we", "us"), including Harvest Express (the "Games"). By downloading or playing a Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with Task+ Studios.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play. If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Games are free to play and display third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Ad content is provided by third-party networks; we do not endorse advertised products. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Games except where permitted by law; (c) interfere with the Games' operation or other players' enjoyment; (d) use the Games for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Games, including all art, code, music, characters and trademarks, are owned by Task+ Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Games (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task+ Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Games. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 USD if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them. We may terminate or suspend the license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Games after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
