Privacy Policy

Task+ Studios — Effective date: 23 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Task+ Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play our mobile games, including Harvest Express (the "Games"), and when you visit taskplusstudios.com.

Short version: our Games do not require an account and we do not run our own player servers. Your progress is stored on your device. A limited set of device and gameplay data is processed by the third-party services below to show ads, measure gameplay and process purchases. You can request deletion of this data at any time — see Account Deletion & Data Request.

1. Data we collect

3. Advertising, measurement and your choices

The Games are free to play and supported by advertising. Where required by law (e.g. in the EEA/UK under the GDPR), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, via a consent dialog provided by our ad mediation partner. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy → Personalized Ads inside the game.

We also measure where our players come from, so we can understand which of our marketing campaigns work. For this, advertising identifiers and basic gameplay events (such as installing the game, completing a level or making a purchase) are shared with our attribution partners Tenjin and Meta. On iOS this measurement only takes place if you allow it when the system asks "Allow [App] to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?".

You can also limit ad personalization system-wide:

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, KVKK in Türkiye and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA; ad partners may process identifiers for personalized advertising, which you can opt out of as described above.

To exercise any right, use our Account Deletion & Data Request page. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

Analytics and advertising data is retained by the services listed above for their standard retention periods (typically 12–24 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data.

7. Children

The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data transmitted by the SDKs above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We hold no player database of our own, which minimizes the risk of a data breach on our side.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the game or on this page.
